Essential Cod Fish Fingers

What is it?

Ten MSC-certified cod fish fingers, coated in crispy breadcrumb and sold frozen. They’re made with cod and shaped into the familiar rectangular fingers you’d expect, then cooked from frozen in the oven or under the grill. The breadcrumb layer gives a dry, even crust rather than a batter, and the fish is portioned for straightforward plating.
