Frozen and raw, these jumbo king prawns come shelled and ready for the pan, grill, or barbecue. They're ASC-certified and sold as part of the frozen seafood range. Compared with breaded or cooked prawns in the lineup, these keep it to the basics: just the prawns themselves, with no coating or sauce to get in the way. Cook them from frozen or thaw first, depending on the recipe, then use them in stir-fries, curries, pasta, or salads. The jumbo sizing means each prawn is substantial enough to serve as a centrepiece protein, and the raw format lets you control the cooking and seasoning. They take on marinades well and cook in just a few minutes over high heat.
