MSC-certified squid rings, frozen raw and sliced into rings, ready to cook from frozen in about 6 minutes. They're plain seafood with no coating or seasoning, so what you get is just the squid itself, cut for quick frying, grilling, or adding to a stew or salad. In the frozen range, these are sold as a simple ingredient rather than a finished dish. The rings cook quickly over high heat, turning opaque and slightly firm when done. Be careful not to overcook them, as squid goes rubbery fast once it passes the ideal window. Toss them in a hot pan with garlic, chilli, and olive oil, or bread them yourself for homemade calamari.
