Two MSC haddock fillets come frozen in a seeded crumb coating, ready for the oven. Haddock is a mild white fish, and here it's wrapped in a dry, crunchy crust with visible seeds adding extra texture and a nutty flavour. In the frozen range, plain fish fillets sit on one side and coated ones on the other, and these fall firmly in the coated camp. Cook from frozen until the fish flakes and the centre is hot. The seeded coating crisps up nicely, giving each bite a toasty crunch that you wouldn't get from a standard breadcrumb. Serve with roasted vegetables or a simple salad for a lighter take on fish supper.
