Breaded Omega 3 Fish Fillets

What is it?

White fish fillets with added omega 3 are coated in breadcrumbs and sold frozen. They’re usually baked from chilled or frozen until the centre is hot and the coating turns crisp. Compared with Young's Seafood fish fingers, these come as larger fillets rather than narrow batons, so you get a fuller piece of fish in each serving. The breadcrumb coating is the plain, even kind you’d expect from a standard oven-ready fillet, with the fish doing most of the work inside.
