

Oversized white fish fillets come coated in breadcrumbs and packed frozen for cooking at home. They’re part of Young’s Seafood’s breaded fish range, with a larger format than the standard fillets, so you get more fish in each piece and a thicker crumb around it. Cook from frozen in the oven or under the grill until the coating is crisp and the fish is hot through. The centre should stay flaky and white. Serve with chips, peas, or whatever else you usually put with breaded fish.
