The &More line is Cadbury's sharing format, built around chunky inclusions and sold in a wide flat bar rather than a countline. Biscoff is the caramelised spiced biscuit from Belgium and the Netherlands, and it's a good fit here for a practical reason as much as a flavour one: it's very low in moisture and hard-baked, so the pieces stay snappy inside a bar rather than softening the way a wetter biscuit would. The format is what separates it from the Dairy Milk Biscoff bar. This one carries pieces through the chocolate; that one has a filling, and the two eat very differently as a result. A sharing bar also has to survive being broken and left half-eaten, which is why the inclusions are chunky enough to see rather than ground through.
