Caramel over biscuit under chocolate, which is a common enough construction that the differences come down to proportion. The Boost runs heavier on caramel than most, so it pulls more than it snaps. The biscuit is doing structural work as much as textural. Caramel on its own has no rigidity, and a bar this size would collapse in the wrapper without something firm underneath to build on. It's among the densest bars Cadbury makes for its size, which comes from having very little air anywhere in it: no nougat, no aeration, no wafer. That density is why it eats slowly. There's no crisp layer to give way at the start and no bubbles to collapse, so the caramel sets the pace from the first bite. 48.5g.
