A filled bar rather than an inclusion bar, which is the distinction that matters here. The Oreo pieces sit in a creme layer inside the chocolate instead of being folded through it, so the biscuit stays dry and keeps its bite. That's the whole engineering problem with biscuit in chocolate. Left in contact with anything moist it softens within days, and a creme filling is mostly fat and sugar with very little water in it, which is what makes it a safe place to put a crumb. The dark biscuit against pale creme also gives the cut face something to look at, which a solid bar doesn't have. 300g.
