A seasonal bar where the difference is the mould rather than the recipe. The chocolate is Dairy Milk; the squares are replaced with festive shapes, which changes how it breaks and nothing else. That's more of a manufacturing decision than it sounds. A moulded shape with fine detail needs chocolate tempered to a tighter tolerance, since the cocoa butter has to set into every corner and release cleanly, and an under-tempered bar loses the detail and blooms grey on the surface. Seasonal lines like this exist because Christmas is when chocolate sells, and the simplest way to make a bar feel seasonal is to change the shape it comes in. 100g.
