Two layers, and they're chosen for contrast rather than flavour. The bottom is nougat, soft and chewy and mostly aerated sugar; the top is cereal pieces in chocolate, which is dry and crunchy. Neither tastes of much on its own and that's rather the point. What makes it work is that the two behave differently under the tooth at the same moment. The crisp layer goes first and the nougat pulls afterwards, so a single bite has a beginning and an end. Nougat is also the lightest way to add bulk to a bar without adding much chocolate, which is why it turns up in so many filled bars across every brand. 54.5g.
