Milk Tray dates to 1915 and got its name from the trays the chocolates were originally delivered in. For most of the later twentieth century it was better known for an advertising campaign about a man delivering a box by increasingly improbable means. As a product it's an assortment, which is a different discipline to a bar. Every centre has to set at the same rate, keep for the same length of time and survive being packed against the others, and that constrains what can go in far more than a filled countline does. The range covers caramel, fondant, praline and whole nut centres. 78g.
