A seasonal sharing bag, and the round shape is doing the work that a mould does in a Christmas bar: making standard chocolate read as festive without changing what's in it. Round is also the hardest shape to make well. A sphere has no flat face to sit on while it sets and no seam that can be hidden, so they're usually formed by panning, where centres are tumbled in a drum while chocolate is added in layers until they build up. That process is slow but it produces a very even coating, which is why it's used for everything from these to chocolate-covered raisins. 110g.
