Salt and vinegar is a fixture of any British crisp aisle, and putting it on a corn chip is less obvious than it sounds. Vinegar seasoning works by cutting acidity through frying oil, and a corn chip is thicker, drier and less oily than a potato crisp, so there's less fat for the acid to work against. There's no vinegar on it at all. The seasoning carries citric, malic, acetic and tartaric acids plus sodium acetates, five acids and nothing vinegar-derived, because anything liquid would soften a crisp within days. The sharpness is real; the delivery is a powder. It's one of the graffiti-styled limited editions, in teal where BBQ Sweet Tang is black. 180g.
