What is it?

Hand-cooked potato crisps built around pungent blue Stilton and sweet port wine, with the usual Kettle Chips craggy texture and salty edge. The cheese brings a sharp, blue-veined note, while the port adds dark fruit sweetness and a faint winey aroma. Compared with the brand’s cheddar or salt-and-vinegar crisps, this one leans more toward a cheese board pairing than a pub snack. It was one of Kettle’s flavour variants rather than a core line, and it’s been discontinued, so you’ll only find it if it turns up in old stock or on secondary markets.
