

Hand-cooked crisps meet creamy brie and slow-cooked caramelised onion in this Kettle Chips flavour, made with the brand’s thicker cut potato crisps. It’s a collaboration with TV chef Rachel Khoo, and the seasoning leans on soft, nutty cheese notes rather than the sharper Mature Cheddar used in the flagship variant. Compared with the red onion flavour elsewhere in the range, the onion here is darker, sweeter and more cooked down. Each crisp is dry-seasoned after frying, so you get a firm crunch under the creamy cheese and sticky onion flavours.
