What is it?

Hand-cooked potato crisps with lime seasoning and black pepper, sold in Kettle Chips' UK snacks range. Each crisp is cut fairly thick, so it keeps a sturdy crunch and a rough, craggy surface that grabs the seasoning. Sharp citrus from lime hits up front, then a warm peppery finish follows. Compared with richer Kettle Chips flavours, this one leans lighter and more savoury, with the potato doing a lot of the work between the two seasonings. Sold in sharing bags and smaller grab packs, it's one of the more restrained options in the range. You won't find heavy cheese or onion notes here, just clean citrus and spice on a sturdy potato base.
