What is it?

Hand-cooked crisps from Kettle Chips, seasoned with Thai red curry spices and coconut. Lemongrass, galangal and chilli sit alongside a mild creamy note, so the flavour leans more herbal and citrusy than a straight chilli crisp. The thick-cut potato base gives the seasoning plenty of surface to cling to, with the usual Kettle crunch under each bite. Compared with other crisps in the Kettle lineup, this one sits in the more global end of the range, closer to their spiced and curry-led flavours than their salt-and-vinegar or cheese options.
