White chocolate carries no cocoa solids, only cocoa butter, sugar and milk, so this is the sweetest way the bar is made. Nothing in it is bitter at any point. That makes the wafer more noticeable rather than less. With no cocoa flavour competing, what's left to taste is the dryness of the wafer and the milkiness of the coating, which is a quieter bar than the milk version despite being sweeter. White chocolate is also the hardest of the three to coat with. It scorches at a lower temperature and has no dark colour to hide any of it.
