What is it?

Crinkle-cut oven chips with ridged edges, sold as part of McCain’s Home Chips range. They’re made for oven cooking and come out with a thicker, wave-like shape than straight-cut chips, which changes both the bite and the surface texture. Compared with the standard Home Chips in the same lineup, these lean on more edge and less flat surface, so you get more browned bits around the ridges. They’re a frozen potato side rather than a skin-on or seasoning-heavy chip, and the format is built around even oven baking rather than frying.
