What is it?

Hand-cooked potato crisps with no salt, seasoning or flavouring, so the ingredient list stays down to potatoes and oil. They come in a standard sharing bag and have the firm, uneven crunch Tyrrell’s uses across its crisp range, with browned edges from the cooking process and a plain potato taste throughout. Compared with the brand’s flavoured bags, these sit at the bare-minimum end of the lineup. There’s nothing added after frying, so the flavour comes only from the potato itself and the Maillard browning on the surface.
