What is it?

Hand-cooked potato crisps from Tyrrell's, seasoned with sea salt and coarsely ground black pepper. A thick-cut shape gives them a firm crunch, and the rough surface holds the seasoning unevenly, so you get little bursts of salt and pepper rather than a flat coating. Compared with the more straightforward salted crisps in the brand's lineup, these lean on the pepper for most of the character. Flavour stays simple, with potato, salt, and pepper doing all the work. Sold as standard sharing crisps, they're ready to eat straight from the bag, and each piece carries a slightly different amount of seasoning depending on how the grind lands.
