Sundried Tomato & Mozzarella

What is it?

Hand-cooked crisps carry a seasoning of sweet sundried tomato and mild mozzarella, so you get a concentrated tomato note first, then a softer dairy finish. Tyrrell's uses the same ridged, rustic-style crisp across much of its range, and this one leans more Mediterranean than the brand's meatier, heavier flavours. Crush one and the seasoning sits mostly on the surface, with the potato still doing the work underneath. It’s a savoury snack built around contrast, with tomato tang and cheese sweetness in a dry, even dusting rather than a thick coating.
