Built on a standard Walkers crisp, this flavour folds in the familiar parts of a full English breakfast: bacon, egg, sausage, beans and toast, all as seasoning on a thin fried potato slice. It first appeared as the winning entry in Walkers’ Do Us a Flavour competition, created by Emma Rushin from Belper, and sat in the line-up as a limited run rather than a permanent staple. Expect a savoury, smoky profile with a little sweetness from the bean and toast notes. Compared with other Walkers flavours, it leans more breakfast-cupboard than picnic, and it’s one of the brand’s more talked-about one-off releases.
