The seasoning leans on beefy notes with a peppery edge and a little smokiness, so the flavour sits on top of the corn base rather than soaking into it. In the Wotsits range, it sits alongside the standard cheese versions and the more fiery variants, while echoing the older BBQ Beef flavour that used to do a similar job.
