Caramilk is white chocolate that's been caramelised until it turns golden, and it has a following in Australia that goes well beyond the block. This tub keeps that flavour front and centre rather than treating it as a caramel variant. Caramilk flakes run through the ice cream and a Caramilk core sits in the middle, so the flavour arrives as both flake and sauce. Full cream milk and cocoa butter carry it, with no cocoa solids anywhere, which is what gives the tub its pale colour and the buttery, slightly toffee-ish note that separates caramelised white chocolate from ordinary caramel. It's the sweetest of the three Cadbury tubs, with no cocoa bitterness at any point to cut against it. Sold as a 460ml tub.
