This is part of Drumstick's Road Trippers range, which ties each flavour to one of Australia's Big Things. Banana Caramel takes the Big Banana at Coffs Harbour, a fibreglass landmark that's sat on the Pacific Highway since 1964. The cone pairs banana and toffee flavours with a caramel syrup swirl and blondie pieces, both folded through the ice cream and scattered over the top. Blondie rather than brownie is the right call, since a chocolate crumb would bury banana, where a vanilla-based one sits alongside it instead. Sweetened condensed milk and maltodextrin are in the base, which is what keeps the caramel soft in the freezer. Underneath it all is the standard Drumstick construction, a crisp wafer cone with a chocolate tip at the base. Sold as a multipack of four.
