Boysenberry is a cross between raspberry, blackberry and loganberry, darker and less sharp than any of the three, and it turns up in Australian and New Zealand freezers far more than it does anywhere else. It goes through this cone as a sauce at 5.2% reconstituted boysenberry juice, swirled into vanilla with dark chocolate flakes against it. Dark rather than milk chocolate is the sensible pairing, since the berry is sweet enough that a milk chocolate flake would only flatten it. The cone is the standard Drumstick build scaled down to mini size, with a chocolate tip at the bottom. Six to a pack.
