What is it?

The second of Drumstick's Road Trippers cones, this one points at the Big Rocking Horse in the Adelaide Hills, a climbable steel horse built at Gumeracha in 1981. Rocky road as a confection is marshmallow, nuts and chocolate, and Australian versions almost always add raspberry or turkish delight, which is where the pink comes from. This cone follows that convention: marshmallow and chocolate flavours with peanuts and a raspberry syrup swirl, topped with more nuts and chocolate. Peanuts rather than almonds is the Australian habit for rocky road, and they sit high enough in the ingredient list to be a real component rather than a garnish. Reconstituted raspberry juice supplies the swirl. It's built on the usual Drumstick cone with a chocolate tip. Sold as a multipack of four.
