Dulce de leche is milk and sugar cooked slowly until it caramelises, darker and more dairy-forward than a butter caramel. This is Drumstick's Saucy line, where the syrup is the headline rather than a swirl running quietly in the background. Layers of sweet cream and butter caramel make up the ice cream, with the dulce de leche syrup sitting on top and swirled down through the core to the chocolate tip. That vertical run is the point of the Saucy cones. The syrup reaches the bottom rather than thinning out halfway down. The chocolate tip at the base is standard Drumstick construction, and here it meets syrup rather than plain ice cream, which makes the final bite the sweetest part of the cone.
