Part of Drumstick's Saucy line, where the syrup is the headline rather than a swirl running quietly in the background. Strawberry syrup sits over the crown and runs down through the core to the chocolate tip. That vertical run is what separates a Saucy cone from an ordinary one. Most filled cones concentrate their sauce near the top and thin out halfway down, leaving the bottom third as plain ice cream and wafer. Here the syrup reaches the bottom. The ice cream underneath is strawberry as well, so the fruit is in both components rather than a sauce sitting against vanilla. That makes it the most single-minded flavour in the range, with nothing else in the cone competing for attention.
