A choc top built on OREO rather than plain chocolate. The cone is crunchy and chocolatey, filled with vanilla ice cream and OREO cookie pieces, then dipped in a coating made from crushed OREO. What separates this from the Cone in the same range is where the crumb sits. The Cone puts OREO crumbs on top of a chocolate wafer cone. Cookie Tops makes the dipping coating itself out of crushed biscuit, so the shell is biscuit rather than chocolate with biscuit scattered over it.
