The plainest format in OREO's frozen range, and the one where the biscuit is a topping rather than the structure. A crispy chocolate wafer cone, filled and finished with OREO crumbs over the top. The cone is chocolate wafer rather than the plain golden wafer used on most cones, which keeps the dark-biscuit look consistent with the rest of the range. Colour 153 in the ingredient list is vegetable carbon, and that's what takes the wafer to a near-black shade rather than cocoa alone. Set against Cookie Tops, this puts the crumb on top and leaves the shell as wafer, where Cookie Tops turns the crumb into the dipping coating itself. Four cones to a pack.
