Proud & Punch make plant based pops, and this is the richest one in the range. Roasted hazelnut sits at 3% with cocoa solids alongside it, on a base of coconut oil and cane sugar rather than dairy. Inulin and pea protein handle the structural work that milk fat would normally do. Inulin is a soluble fibre that adds body, and it's what stops a water-and-oil base freezing into something icy. Tapioca starch is in there as a stabiliser for the same reason. Hazelnut and chocolate survives the move away from dairy better than most pairings, since the nut brings its own fat to the base rather than depending on cream for it. Six pops to a pack.
