The plain chocolate option in Streets' Blue Ribbon line, sitting beside the vanilla as one of the two flavours the range is built around. Chocolate is harder to do plainly well than vanilla, because cocoa is bitter and needs sugar and fat to carry it. Push the cocoa and a tub turns dry and chalky, pull it back and it reads as brown vanilla. A standard family tub sits deliberately in the middle of that range. Blue Ribbon is the two litre end of the Streets line, meant for scooping alongside something else rather than eaten on its own, and this flavour is built for that job.
