What is it?

Plant-based vanilla ice cream comes in the familiar Blue Ribbon tub format, using a dairy-free base instead of milk and cream. It’s designed to be scoopable straight from the freezer, with a smooth texture that sits somewhere between soft-serve and old-school tub ice cream. Vanilla is the only flavour here, so the ingredient list stays fairly simple: plant-based fats, sugars, vanilla and stabilisers.
