Shaped like a cowboy, this Streets ice cream bar pairs caramel-flavoured ice cream with a strawberry topping section, a chocolate-coated face, and a pink bubblegum nose. Gum sits embedded near the centre, so you chew it after the ice cream's gone. Among Streets' novelty bars, it's the one built around a strong visual identity rather than just a flavour combo. Moulded shape does most of the work here, with soft ice cream, a thin chocolate shell over the face, and that bubblegum centre for the final bite. It's been in Australian freezers since 1984, and the format hasn't changed much in that time, which is probably why it still triggers instant recognition.
