The Soft line is Cornetto's attempt at soft serve in a frozen format, whipped with more air so it eats lighter and looser than the standard cone. Here that base carries cookies and cream, with biscuit crumbs through the ice cream and chocolate sauce alongside them. Airier ice cream holds inclusions differently: with less density around them, the crumbs register more clearly than they would in a firmer base. The cone is chocolate lined as with every Cornetto, and that matters more on the Soft versions than the standard ones. A softer, wetter ice cream would take a wafer down faster without the barrier between them.
