Cornetto Soft Vanilla with Strawberry Sauce

What is it?

Soft-serve style vanilla ice cream sits in a chocolate-lined wafer cone, with strawberry sauce rippled through the centre. Airier than the standard Cornetto, it melts a bit faster and eats more like soft serve than scoopable ice cream. Within Streets' Cornetto range, the Soft line is the one with the lighter, whipped-style filling. Here, vanilla stays plain while the strawberry swirl adds fruit and colour in each bite. You'll notice the texture difference from a regular Cornetto straight away, with the ice cream feeling almost mousse-like rather than dense. Chocolate lining inside the cone keeps things from going soggy, and the wafer stays crisp right down to the pointed tip if you eat it fast enough.
