Inspired by caramel slice, this Streets ice cream bar layers biscuit crumbs, caramel ice cream and a chocolate coating. Crumb coating here leans more shortbread-like than the usual Gaytime biscuit crumb, so it reads a bit closer to the base of an actual slice. That's a subtle but noticeable shift in texture. Inside, the caramel ice cream is denser and sweeter than the standard toffee version in the Gaytime lineup. It's sold as a stick-form dessert, frozen and ready to eat straight from the pack. Where most Gaytime variants play with coatings or toppings, this one changes the ice cream itself, swapping the familiar toffee-vanilla centre for something richer and more distinctly caramel.
