A malt shake version of the bar, with the malt appearing twice: in the ice cream and again in the biscuit crumb rolled over the outside. Malt is a sensible flavour for this format. It sits close to the toffee note a standard Gaytime already carries, so it reads as a variation rather than a departure, and its roasted character survives freezing better than more delicate flavours manage. The construction is unchanged, a stick bar dipped in chocolate and rolled in crumb. What differs is that the centre and the coating pull in the same direction rather than contrasting with each other.
