Mango fruit ice wraps a vanilla ice cream centre, with roasted macadamia pieces scattered through the middle. It’s built on the familiar Weis format, so you still get that split between icy fruit and creamy dairy, just with nuts folded in for extra texture. Sold in bar form and made under the Streets umbrella, it sits alongside the standard mango Weis rather than replacing it. The macadamias add a buttery crunch, while the mango outer stays bright and sharply cold.
