What is it?

Ham and mozzarella sit on a tomato-based pizza sauce, built on Domino’s standard pizza base. It’s a very plain combination, with the ham bringing salt and the mozzarella melting into a soft layer over the top. Compared with the rest of Domino’s range, it sits at the simplest end of the menu, with no extra vegetables, spices or heavier toppings getting in the way. Usually sold as a regular pizza size in Australia, it’s made to be cut into slices and shared. The flavour profile is straightforward: bread, sauce, ham and cheese, with the sauce doing most of the background work.
