It’s a breakfast wrap built around the usual savoury parts, plus the crisp potato layer that gives the centre a bit more bulk. Compared with the standard brekky wrap, this one adds heat from the sauce rather than changing the filling. The tortilla is grilled or toasted before serving, so the outside stays soft with a little colour where it meets the heat.
