What is it?

Hungry Jack's has run Angus beef on its own line of burgers for years without ever putting it in the Big Jack. This is that swap: two thick flame-grilled Angus patties in place of the standard ones, with the special sauce, cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles and diced onion left where they were. Thickness changes the eating more than the breed does. A thin patty cooks through fast and picks up char across most of its surface, while a thick one holds more of its juice and gives the flame less to work on, which tends to come out richer and less smoky. There's also more beef for the sauce to cut through, so the special sauce sits further back than it does in the original. It launched on 25 August 2026 next to the returning Big Jack and the four-patty Double Big Jack.
