Bistro Grilled Chicken

What is it?

Flame-grilled chicken breast sits at the centre here, layered with Swiss cheese, grilled onions, tomato, lettuce, mayo and creamy peppercorn sauce on a bun. It’s built as part of Hungry Jack’s Bistro range, which uses grilled chicken instead of the fried fillet found in many of its other burgers. The chicken breast is grilled over flame rather than crumbed, so the texture stays closer to sliced chicken than a crisp-coated fillet. Swiss cheese and peppercorn sauce also turn up across the Bistro line, tying it back to the rest of the range.
