

Peppercorn sauce, Swiss cheese, grilled onions, lettuce and mayo all layer inside a toasted brioche bun over a fried chicken fillet. It uses the same chicken as the standard chicken burgers, but pairs it with the Bistro flavour set that also turns up in the Bistro Whopper. Compared with the standard chicken range, it swaps the usual sauces and toppings for a more pub-style combination. Peppercorn sauce brings a creamy, mildly spicy note that works well against the crunch of the fried fillet. Grilled onions add sweetness and a caramelised edge, lifting the whole thing above the usual fast-food chicken burger format.
