What is it?

Served on a long, crusty baguette rather than a soft burger bun, this fast food sandwich was part of Hungry Jack’s deli-style baguette range from the mid-2000s. The lineup also included Country Chicken, with a crumbed fillet, Grilled Chicken, which was the lighter option, and a Spicy Chicken version with a peppery seasoning. Inside, it’s a chicken fillet built for a bread-first format, with the baguette giving more chew and a drier bite than a standard bun. That range sat alongside a broader salad push in Hungry Jack’s menu at the time, before the baguettes disappeared from the board later in the decade.
