

Beef patty meets shaved ham, cheese sauce, tangy mustard, mayonnaise, sliced onions and pickles on a sesame seed bun. Despite the name, it's built as a cheeseburger rather than a chicken schnitzel format, with the cordon bleu reference coming from the ham-and-cheese combo layered over the beef. It sat in Hungry Jack's Cheeseburgers Made Interesting range in September 2019, alongside other one-off burgers. Compared with a standard cheeseburger, this one adds ham and a creamy sauce layer, while keeping the usual bun-and-patty structure. Mustard cuts through the richness from the cheese sauce and mayo, and the pickles add a sharp, vinegary bite that keeps the whole thing from feeling one-note.
