What is it?

Flat and oval, this fast food breakfast side is made from shredded potato, shaped into a patty and fried until the outside goes crisp and golden. Inside, it stays soft and potato-heavy, with a simple salted finish. It shows up as a breakfast side on its own, and it also gets tucked into Hungry Jack's BBQ Brekky Wraps, so the kitchen is turning out plenty of them each morning. Compared with the rest of Hungry Jack's breakfast lineup, it's one of the few items that does double duty as both a standalone side and a wrap filler. Crispy shell and fluffy centre make it a solid pairing with egg and bacon.
